How We Increased Efficiency For The Production Team
We outlined a formal Bill of Material structure for the organization and implemented Factory Track. This also included a new costing methodology, establishing work centers, and control points. This resulted in expanding the production output and ensured best use of available resources, while reducing labor and cost.

Who We've Helped
We’ve had a great experience working with ERPS. We sought them out to help integrate our Syteline ERP system, and they’ve been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. From the beginning, they took the time to listen to our needs and really understand our business. They made sure each solution was tailored to fit us and went the extra mile to learn about our unique processes, giving us confidence that the implementation would continue smoothly.
What sets ERPS apart is how they collaborate with us. They don’t just provide answers, they offer their insights and advice on which options might be best for our future needs. It’s clear they care about our success and are always there to guide us in the right direction.
If you’re looking for a team that’s skilled and truly invested in helping you succeed, ERPS is a great choice!
I have had the pleasure of working with ERPS on the implementation of a new ERP system. Not only did they set up the system, but they painstakingly worked with our team to ensure we were set up for success from day one and continued to work with us to tweak and enhance the system for our needs after go live. In my experience most companies would simply guide you to getting set up and leave you to pick up the pieces. ERPS’s ability to know and understand every aspect of the business and how it effects other departments is second to none. Their dedication and determination to deliver a fully composed product for their client is unheard of in today’s world.
I have used other ERP systems that were not set up fully or correctly and this results in frustration, inefficacy, and loss of revenue. Exactly the opposite of our results with ERPS. Soon after their team had us set up we were able to see results and were achieving profitability margins that were unexpected.
I would highly recommend ERPS to any company looking to implement a new ERP system or improve an existing one.
